Jami Nilson

I started cheer when I was 12 and haven't stopped since. First with All Star Cheer in Pocatello and then with Century High School where I captained my first Squad. I recently returned to Idaho after graduating from Anacortes High School in Washington where I captained two squads. I've competed in various cheer competitions through out the years taking several state titles. Cheer leading was not the first thing to place me in the spot light. I was a movie brat as a child with appearances in LA Law and The Outsiders to name a couple. I held the Little Miss California title 3 years in a row, and National Miss American Beauty 3 years also. I will be attending Boise State, where I will obtain a degree in social work and interpretation for the deaf, as I am fluent in sign language. I hope to always have a place for cheer in my life, cheer leading is my passion. I am so excited to be doing what I love and sharing this sport with tomorrow's cheerleaders. I hope to help prepare your children with the cheer leading skills they need to take it as far as they would like to and the confidence to be themselves and change the world. Thank you for this opportunity to be with them. I look forward to many years of their smiles.
